INGREDIENTS 

INSTRUCTIONS

1 TBLSP.

1 TBLSP.     CHICKEN BASE 

​

3 TBLSP.     GREEN ONIONS 

​

3                  GREEN PLANTAINS 

​

6 CUPS        WATER

1. PEEL AND CHOP THE PLANTAINS 

​

2 CHOP THE GREEN ONIOS

​

3. PUT ALL INGREDIENTS IN A POT 

​

4. BOIL FOR 15 MIN AT MEDIUM HIGH HEAT . WATCHING THAT THE WATER DOESNT EVAPORATE TOO  MUCH . 

​

5. BLEND EVERYTHING ON A FOOD PROCESSOR OR BLENDER. 

​

6. SERVE WITH
