watermelon & cucumber juice 

This perfect drink for summer is not only refreshing, but full of vitamins like : A , C, B5, K among others. It also if packed with minerals like:  potassium, citrulline, magnesium, biotin, copper among others. This drink is a good anti-oxidant, fights inflammation, provides hydration, helps to lower blood pressure, good for skin, natural diuretic and aids digestion. INGREDIENTS 
INSTRUCTIONS

6 CUPS              DICED WATERMELON 

​

1 CUP                 DICED CUCUMBERS 

​

4 TBLSP.           POWDERED ERYTHRITOL 

​

1 TSP.                 VANILLA EXTRACT 

​

1 TSP.                 LIQUID STEVIA 

​

2 MED.             LIMES SLICED IN WEDGES

​

2 CUPS            WATER  (IF NECESSARY)

1. CUT AND PREPARE THE INGREDIENTS .

2. IN A BLENDER , PLACE 1/2 OF THE WATERMELON, 1/2 OF THE CUCUMBER, 1/2 OF THE VANILLA, 1/2 OF THE ERYTHRITOL  AND 1/4 OF THE WATER. (USE THE WATER AS NEEDED )

​

3. PULSE IN THE BLENDER FOR ABOUT TEN SECONDS OR UNTIL YOU SEE EVERYTHING IS WELL INCORPORATED.

4. DEPOSIT THE PUREE IN A STRAINER WITH A BOWL UNDERNEATH , TO DRAIN THE JUICE AND REMOVE THE PULP .

5. REPEAT UNTIL YOU FINISH ALL THE FRUIT. (IF YOUR BLENDER IS BIG ENOUGH TO HOLD EVERYTHING AT ONCE, DO IT IN ONE STEP).

6. SERVE OVER ICE AND ENJOY ;).
