watermelon & cucumber juice

6 CUPS DICED WATERMELON

1 CUP DICED CUCUMBERS
​
4 TBLSP. POWDERED ERYTHRITOL
​
1 TSP. VANILLA EXTRACT
​
1 TSP. LIQUID STEVIA
​
2 MED. LIMES SLICED IN WEDGES
​
2 CUPS WATER (IF NECESSARY)
1. CUT AND PREPARE THE INGREDIENTS .

2. IN A BLENDER , PLACE 1/2 OF THE WATERMELON, 1/2 OF THE CUCUMBER, 1/2 OF THE VANILLA, 1/2 OF THE ERYTHRITOL AND 1/4 OF THE WATER. (USE THE WATER AS NEEDED )

3. PULSE IN THE BLENDER FOR ABOUT TEN SECONDS OR UNTIL YOU SEE EVERYTHING IS WELL INCORPORATED.

4. DEPOSIT THE PUREE IN A STRAINER WITH A BOWL UNDERNEATH , TO DRAIN THE JUICE AND REMOVE THE PULP .

5. REPEAT UNTIL YOU FINISH ALL THE FRUIT. (IF YOUR BLENDER IS BIG ENOUGH TO HOLD EVERYTHING AT ONCE, DO IT IN ONE STEP).
