Super quick and easy dish that requieres few ingredients . Ready in 15 min . Great for anytime of the day. 

INGREDIENTS 

INSTRUCTIONS

1 LB.                  SPAGHETTI

​

1                         LIME (JUICE AND ZEST)

​

3                        GREEN ONIONS

​

2                       MASHED GARLIC CLOVES

 

1/4 CUP          OLIVE OIL

 

4 TBLSP.        BUTTER 

 

1/8 CUP        PARSLEY  

​

                        WATER FOR BOILING 

​

                         PINK HIMALAYAN SALT TO TASTE 

1. PREPARE THE MISE EN PLACE

​

2. PUT WATER TO BOIL 

​

3. WHEN THE WATER IS BOILING ADD THE SALT.

 

4. ADD TH SPAGHETTI 

 

5. IN A SAUTEE PAN , PUT OIL  AND BUTTER FOR 4 MIN. AT MEDIUM HEAT . 

 

6.  ADD GARLIC . SAUTEE FOR 2 MIN .

 

7. ADD THE PARSLEY AND GREEN ONIONS  . SAUTEE FOR 2 MIN.

8. ADD THE LEMON ZEST AND JUICE . SAUTEE FOR 1 MIN . 

​

9. TURN HEAT TO LOWES SETTING. DRAIN THE PASTA . 

​

10. ADD TO THE OIL AND BUTTER MIXTURE AND TOSS WELL TO COMBINE .

11. ADD PARMESAN CHEESE TO TASTE TO SERVE. ENJOY;)
