This recipe is a family favorite. Full of so many nutrients like:Vitamin A, Potassium, Vitamin C, Niacin, Thiamin, Magnesium, Iron,folate, Cooper, Fiber,Riboflavin, Manganese, Calcium,Carotenes, Lycopene and Xanthins. Which in turn helps our body to reduce inflammation, aids digestion, improves the immune system, protects against cancer,among other benefits. Putting all that aside and considering it a bonus, this is an easy side dish for weeknight dinners or the soon approaching Thanksgiving holiday (yay!!).

INGREDIENTS
INSTRUCTIONS

1 LB.                             SWEET POTATO

1 LB.                             POTATO

​

2 TBLSPS.                    DEHIDRATED ONION 

​

2 TBLSPS.                    GARLIC POWDER

​

3/4 TSP.                        CURRY POWDER 

​

2 TSPS.                         PINK HIMALAYAN SALT

​

3/4 TSPS.                      BLACK PEPPER 

​

2 TSPS.                          DRIED DILL 

​

1/2 CUP.                        OLIVE OIL 

​

​

SAUCE FOR POTATOES

MIX TOGETHER:

8 ONZ. OF SOUR CREAM WITH 2 TBLSPS. OF LEMON JUICE, 1 TBLSP. OF DRIED DILL , SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE. 

1. CUT AND PREPARE ALL INGREDIENTS.

2. PRE-HEAT OVEN AT 350 DEGREES FAHRENHEIT. 

​

3. SREAD THE SWEET POTATOES AND POTATOES AND A SHEET PAN LINED WITH PARCHMENT PAPER(FOR EASIER CLEAN-UP). 

​

4. MIX ALL THE HERBS AND SPICES TOGETHER .

5. SPREAD THE SPICES ON TOP OF THE POTATOES . 

​

6. THEN POUR THE OIL ON TOP AND WITH CLEAN HANDS ;) MIX WELL UNTILL ALL IS WELL COATED. 

​

7. BAKE FOR 20-25 MINUTES. AT HALF THE TIME, TURN THE POTATOES TO MAKE SURE THEY ARE EVENLY BROWNED AND COOKED.

8. SERVE WITH THE SOUR CREAM SAUCE AND ENJOY ;).
