This recipe is a family favorite. Full of so many nutrients like:Vitamin A, Potassium, Vitamin C, Niacin, Thiamin, Magnesium, Iron, folate, Cooper, Fiber,Riboflavin, Manganese, Calcium,Carotenes, Lycopene and Xanthins. Which in turn helps our body to reduce inflammation, aids digestion, improves the immune system, protects against cancer, among other benefits.
