rice balls
Here is another easy recipe that is perfect for summer . Easy for kids to eat, they can also help make them . A super quick lunch to make, full of nutrients like : vitamin K , zinc, iron, calcium, magnesium and potassium. If you wish, you can substitute the white rice for brown rice. I hope you can enjoy making it ;)

3 CUPS FRESHLY MADE MEDIUM
GRAIN RICE

1 TSP. TOASTED SESAME OIL

1/2 TSP. RICE VINEGAR
​
3 TBLSP. NOMI FURIKAKE
​
OPTIONAL : (BUT RECOMMENDED ;) )
​
3 TBLSP. SRIRACHA MAYO
​
2 TBLSP. SWEET SOY GLAZE
​
​
SRIRACHA MAYO :
​
3 TBLSP. VEGAN MAYO
​
1 1/2 TSP . SRIRACHA SAUCE
1. PREPARE ALL INGREDIENTS

2. TO THE FRESHLY MADE RICE, ADD THE SESAME OIL AND VINEGAR THEN MIX. IF IT IS TOO HOT TO DO WITH HANDS , USE A PADDLE . IT IS IMPORTANT TO TO THIS STEP WHEN THE RICE IS HOT SO THAT IN CAN ABSORB THE SEASONINGS WELL.

3. ADD THE FURIKAKE AND MIX WELL. ADJUST TO PREFERENCE IF YOU LIKE MORE OR LESS OF IT.

4. TAKE ABOUT TWO TABLESPOONS OF THE RICE MIX AND SHAPE INTO A BALL . REPEAT UNTIL YOU FINISH THE MIX .

5. DECORATE WITH THE SRIRACHA MAYO AND THE SWEET SOY GLAZE.
