spaghetti WITH CHICKEN 

This  spaghetti with  chicken  has  the special touch and flavor of the  caribbean cannot help , but love it . Something   you can quickly prepare for lunch or dinner ,  ready in 15 -20  minutes.  By  removing  the  chicken  from  the recipe it's completely vegan. I hope you can enjoy making this for loved ones ;)

INGREDIENTS 
INSTRUCTIONS 

24 OZ               MARINARA SAUCE 

​

1 LB.                  SPAGHETTI

​

1 CUP              SHREDDED CHICKEN 

​

2 CUPS           ASSORTED SLICED PEPPERS

​

3/4 CUP         SLICED RED ONION 

 

1/2 CUP          SOFRITO 

​

1/4 CUP         SLICED OLIVES 

​

1 PKT               SAZON (NON MSG VARIETY)

​

2 TBSP.          HIMALAYAN PINK SALT

1. CUT AND PREPARE ALL INGREDIENTS 

​

2. TO A POT OF BOILING WATER , ADD THE SALT AND THE SPAGHETTI . BOIL FOR SEVEN MINUTES ( AL DENTE). 

​

3. IN A MEDIUM HEAT PAN, ADD THE ASSORTMENT OF PEPPERS. SAUTEE FOR A MINUTE. 

​

4. ADD THE ONION AND SAUTEE FOR A MINUTE. 

​

5. ADD THE SHREDDED CHICKEN. MIX UNTIL COMBINED. 

​

6. ADD THE SOFRITO AND MIX WELL. 

​

7. ADD THE SAZON AND OLIVES, THEN MIX WELL UNTIL COMBINED. 

​

8. LOWER TH HEAT TO THE LOWEST SETTING AND ADD THE MARINARA SAUCE. 

​

9. ONCE THE PASTA IS READY, DRAIN AND ADD TO THE SAUCE . RESERVE THE PASTA LIQUID IN CASE IS NEEDED . 

​

10. MIX WELL AND ADD 1/2 CUP OF THE PASTA WATER IF IT APPEARS TOO DRY.
