potato salad

A quintessential  side dish. Present in most family gatherings or festive  occasions .  Like any potato dish it provides that comfort food feeling and pleasant memories.

INGREDIENTS

INSTRUCTIONS

 5-6                  MEDIUM POTATOES 

​

1/2 CUP          MAYONNAISE  

​

1 TSP.                MUSTARD 

​

4                         EGGS

​

1                           SMALL APPLE 

​

1/4 CUP             TURKEY SAUSAGE 

​

1/4 CUP             STUFFED GREEN OLIVES 

​

1/4 CUP             GREEN ONIONS

​

1/4 CUP              ROASTED RED PEPPERS 

​

​

1. PREPARE THE MISE EN PLACE. 

​

2. PUT POTATOES AND EGG AT MEDIUM HIGH HEAT TO BOIL. 

​

3. IN A BOWL MIX THE REST OF THE INGREDIENTS . 

​

4. PEEL AND CHOP THE EGGS 

​

5. COMBINE THE POTATOES WITH THE DRESSING AND EGGS.

​

CAN BE EATEN COLD OR WARM
