oatmeal
Here's a quick and easy recipe . Literally it can be ready in five min. It was the special way my grandma used to make me the oatmeal :):). It gives it the perfect amount of sweetness , without being too overpowering and a tropical flavor. I hope you can enjoy making this for loved ones ;) .

INGREDIENTS
INSTRUCTIONS
1 CUP MILK
+
1/8 CUP MILK (for finishing)

3 TBSP. GROUND OATMEAL

1 TSP. VANILLA EXTRACT
​
1/8 TSP. PINK HIMALAYAN SALT
​
2 1/2 TBSP. CREAM OF COCONUT
​
OPTIONAL
​
CINNAMON
​

1.PREPARE THE INGREDIENTS

2. IN A POT , ADD ONLY ONE CUP OF THE MILK, OATMEAL, SALT, VANILLA AND CREAM OF COCONUT . WHISK UNTIL COMBINED .

3. NOW , TURN ON THE HEAT AT MEDIUM LOW .
​
4. WHISK CONSTANTLY TO PREVENT FROM STICKING TO THE BOTTOM AND BURNING THE MILK .

5. ONCE IT STARTS THICKENING , LITTLE BUBBLES WILL FORM ON THE SIDE OF THE POT .

6. AFTER YOU NOTICE IS A LITTLE THICKER LOWER TH HEAT TO THE LOWEST SETTING POSSIBLE AND WHISK THE OATMEAL FORMING A NUMBER 8 IN THE POT OR AN INFINITY SIGN.

7. ONCE IS COMPLETELY THICKENED , TURN OFF THE HEAT AND ADD THE REMAINING 1/8 CUP OF MILK . WHISK UNTIL COMBINED.

8. IF YOU WISH ADD CINNAMON ON TOP AND ENJOY ;).
