tropical pico de gallo 

This is a very easy recipe and a variation from the traditional pico de gallo. Very fitting for summer and hot weather. The mango adds a nice contrast of sweetness against the bitter and savory of the other ingredients.It has wonderful nutritional benefits like, vitamin k, vitamin A, vitamin C, calcium, carotenoids, quercertin, isoquercetin , astragalin, fisetin and gallic acid among others.  I hope you can enjoy this recipe with loved ones

INGREDIENTS
INSTRUCTIONS

1 CUP                     FINELY DICED TOMATO

​

3/4 CUP                 FINELY DICED RED ONION

​

1/2 CUP                 FINELY DICED MANGO 

​

3 TBLSP.                FINELY MINCED RECAO OR

                                 LONG LEAF CORIANDER/

                                 COULD ALSO BE CILANTRO

​

1 TSP.                      PINK HIMALAYAN SALT 

​

4 TBLSP.                FRESH LIME JUICE

1. CUT AND PREPARE ALL INGREDIENTS 

​

2. SIMPLY MIX ALL INGREDIENTS IN A BOWL UNTIL WELL COMBINED. 

​

3. THEN PLACE IN THE REFRIGERATOR FOR 30 MIN - 1 HOUR SO THAT THE FLAVOR MARINATE .

4. SERVE WITH CHIPS , TACOS, BURRITOS, QUESADILLAS ETC.
