A delicious and super easy to make recipe . You can make variations easily  to the ingredients you like or have.  You  can easily change the shape and turn it into a meatloaf or burgers. Double the recipe and stock up for meal prep or unexpected guests  jiji..........

INGREDIENTS
INSTURCTIONS

 1 LB.                           GROUND TURKEY 

1                                   EGG

2 TBLSP.                    

2TBLSP.                     MILLED CHIA AND

                                     FLAX SEED 

2 CLOVES                MINCED GARLIC 

1/8 CUP                     CHOPPED ONION

1/8 CUP                     CHOPPED GREEN ONION

1/4 CUP                     CHOPPED PEPPERS 

1/4 CUP                     CHOPPED PARSLEY 

1/2 CUP                     CUBBED CHEESE 

SALT & PEPPER     TO TASTE 

1. PRE- HEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES FARENHEIT . 

2. CHOP AND PREPARE ALL INGREDIENTS . 

3. MIX ALL INGREDIENTS ECXEPT THE CHEESE , UNTIL WELL COMBINED. 

4. FORM INTO BALLS AND FILL WITH THE CHEESE. I MANAGED TO MAKE EXACTLY 20 MEATBALLS USING ABOUT A TABLESPOON PER MEATBALL. 

5. BAKE FOR 15-20 MIN. DEPENDING ON YOUR OVEN.
