1 LB. GROUND TURKEY

1 EGG

2 TBLSP.
​
2TBLSP. MILLED CHIA AND
FLAX SEED
​
2 CLOVES MINCED GARLIC
​
1/8 CUP CHOPPED ONION
​
1/8 CUP CHOPPED GREEN ONION
​
1/4 CUP CHOPPED PEPPERS
​
1/4 CUP CHOPPED PARSLEY
​
1/2 CUP CUBBED CHEESE
​
SALT & PEPPER TO TASTE
1. PRE- HEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES FARENHEIT .

2. CHOP AND PREPARE ALL INGREDIENTS .
​
3. MIX ALL INGREDIENTS ECXEPT THE CHEESE , UNTIL WELL COMBINED.
​
4. FORM INTO BALLS AND FILL WITH THE CHEESE. I MANAGED TO MAKE EXACTLY 20 MEATBALLS USING ABOUT A TABLESPOON PER MEATBALL.

5. BAKE FOR 15-20 MIN. DEPENDING ON YOUR OVEN.
