Who doesn't like this dish. A great low carb alternative for special occasions. This is an extremely versatile dough. It can be used for pizza, bread sticks, bagels, calzones and even cinnamon rolls. 1 RECIPE                  FATHEAD DOUGH 

23 PIECES                BEEF LIL' SMOKIES 

1 TBSP.                       MUSTARD

2 TBSPS.                   EVERYTHING BAGEL SEASONING 

1. PREPARE ALL INGREDIENTS . PRE-HEAT THE OVEN TO 375 DEGREES FAHRENHEIT. 

2. PLACE THE DOUGH IN BETWEEN TWO PIECES OF PARCHMENT PAPER AND SPREAD THINLY WITH THE USE OF YOUR HAND IN A RECTANGLE SHAPE AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE; IT DOESN'T HAVE TO BE PERFECT. YOU WILL NOTICE THIS DOUGH IS VERY FORGIVING AND EASY TO STRECH. 

3. WITH A PIZZA CUTTER TRY TO MAKE AS MANY AS 23 -24 RECTANGLES . 

4. SPREAD THE RECTANGLE WITH MUSTARD , PLACE A LIL'SMOKIE IN ONE END AND ROLL. CRIMP THE EDGES WITH YOUR HAND  TO CLOSE IT COMPLETELY . 

5. TOP WITH EVERYTHING BAGEL SEASONING AND PLACE IN A TRAY . BAKE FOR 15 TO 20 MINUTES OR UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN .
