Great appetizer idea , keto or otherwise . It's quickly made . You can customize it with different fillings or flavors . Can be made in different shapes according to the season . I hope you enjoy this recipe ;)

INGREDIENTS 
INSTRUCTIONS

8 OZ.                   CREAM CHEESE

2 TBSPS.            CHOPPED GREEN ONION 

​

1 TBSP.              GARLIC & PARLEY POWDER 

​

1 TSP.                 GARLIC POWDER 

​

3 TBSPS.            GRATED CARROT 

​

2 SLICES            CRUMBLED TURKEY BACON 

​

20 SLICES          TURKEY PEPPERONI

​

1/2 CUP             SHREDDED CHEDDAR CHEESE

​

1 PIECE              STRING CHEESE

​

1. CUT AND PREPARE ALL INGREDIENTS

2. ADD THE SOFTENED CREAM CHEESE TO A BOWL . 

​

3. THEN ADD THE POWDERED GARLIC, THE CARROTS, CRUMBLED BACON, GREEN ONION AND CHEDDAR CHEESE. MIX UNTIL WELL COMBINED . 

​

4. ON TOP OF THE CLING FILM , DUMP THE CHEESE MIXTURE AND SHAPE TO DESIRED FORM . TODAY I WILL DO IT AS FOOTBALL . AFTER IS SHAPED INVOLVE IN THE WRAPPING PAPER AND PUT ONTHE FRIDGE TO SET FOR 20-30 MINUTES.

5. IN THE MEAN TIME , SET IN A FLAT SURFACE ANOTHER PIECE OF WRAPPING PAPER AND MAKE A BED OF TURKEY PEPPERONI.

6. AFTER THE CHEESE MIXTURE IS SET; UNWRAP AND PLACE IT ON TOP OF THE PEPPERONI AND INVOLVE THE WRAPPING PAPER . SET AGAIN ON THE FRIDGE FOR 20-30 MINUTES. 

 

7. THEN UNWRAP AND MAKE THE FOOTBALL DECORATION WITH THE STRING CHEESE. FOR A LOW CARB OPTION EAT WITH VEGGIES .
