This is a low carb version is super quick and easy to make and much better for you than any version you can find pre-made. Great for diabetics . By using the mini square pan you can get more servings and not feel guilty when eating :) them . As always I hope you enjoy this recipe ;)

INGREDIENTS
INSTRUCTIONS
1 CUP ALMOND FLOUR

3 LARGE EGGS
​
3 TBSP. COCOA POWDER
​
1/2 CUP COCONUT OIL
​
1/4 CUP ERYTHRITOL
​
1 TBSP. BAKING POWDER
​
1 TSP. VANILLA EXTRACT
​
1 TBSP. STEVIA NECTAR
1. PREPARE ALL INGREDIENTS . PRE-HEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES FAHRENHEIT .

2. IN A BOWL ADD THE ALMOND FLOUR , BAKING POWDER, ERYTHRITOL AND COCOA POWDER . THEN MIX UNTIL COMBINED AND SET ASIDE.

3. IN A SEPARATE BOWL , MIX THE EGGS, STEVIA NECTAR , VANILLA EXTRACT AND COCONUT OIL .

4. ADD THE WET INGREDIENTS. TO THE DRY INGREDIENTS AND MIX UNTIL WELL COMBINED .

5. DIVIDE IN A PAN OF CHOICE OR AN 8X8 SQUARE PAN .
6. BAKE FOR 15-18 MIN . DEPENDING ON YOUR OVEN OR THE PAN YOU USE .
7. FEEL FREE TO ADD NUTS. I ADDED PECANS, BUT YOU COULD ALDO USE ALMONDS OR WALNUTS.
CREAM CHEESE FROSTING:
3 TBSPS. OF SOFTENED CREAM CHEESE, 10 -15 DROPS OF LIQUID STEVIA AND 1 TSP OF VANILLA EXTRACT.
MIX ALL TOGETHER AND APPLY TO BROWNIES WITH A PIPING BAG OR A ZIP-TOP BAG .
