curried chicken salad
This is a very quick and easy recipe for weekly lunches with an Indian twist. You can enjoy it in a low carb pita , flatbread, lettuce or cabbage. It all depends on how you manage your macros. Even if you're not eating a low carb diet it is a very flavorful recipe . You can even use a bought rotisserie chicken to make it quicker. I hope you can enjoy ;) .

1 1/2 CUPS CUBBED CHICKEN

1/2 CUP MAYONNAISE
​
1/8 CUP POMEGRANATE SEEDS
​
2 TBSPS. CHOPPED ALMONDS
​
2 TBSPS. SOUR CREAM
​
1 TSP. DELI MUSTARD
​
2 TBSPS. CHOPPED GREEN ONIONS
​
1/2 TSP. TURMERIC POWDER
​
1/2 TSP. CURRY POWDER
​
1/4 TSP. PINK HIMALAYAN SALT
​
1/4 TSP. GARAM MASALA
1. CUT AND PREPARE ALL INGREDIENTS

2. IN A BOWL COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS UNTIL IT BECOMES A UNIFORM MIXTURE.
