cucumber sandwich 

This is a great recipe for summer. Great for taking to the beach or as an afternoon snack . It is light and refreshing. The dill and Boursin cheese add a great pop of flavor to this English origin sandwich . I hope you can enjoy this version with loved ones ;)

INGREDIENTS 
INSTRUCTIONS

2 TBLSP.              BUTTER

2 TBLSP.              BOURSIN CHEESE 

​

3 OZ .                   CREAM CHEESE

​

1 TBLSP.               DRIED DILL 

​

12 PIECES           SLICED CUCUMBERS 

​

4 PIECES            SLICED SPROUTED BREAD

1. CUT AND PREPARE THE INGREDIENTS .

2. IN A BOWL, ADD THE BUTTER, CREAM CHEESE, BOURSIN CHEESE AND DILL. MIX UNTIL WELL BLENDED.

3. ADD THE CHEESE MIX TO BOTH SLICES OF BREAD. 

​

4. ADD THE CUCUMBERS AND CUT THE EDGES. 

​

5. DIVIDE INTO FOUR PIECES WHETHER STRIPS , SQUARE OR DIAGONAL .
