 cilantro  chimichurri

This a a very simple and versatile recipe. It goes with practically everything. You can use it to marinate any meat, use it as a salad dressing . You can also use it to roast root vegetables , on top of roasted corn and even just to dip a piece of bread. You can adpat the seasoning to taste or to make it spicy add red pepper flakes . I hope you can enjoy making this for loved ones ;)

INGREDIENTS
INSTRUCTIONS

1 CUP           CHOPPED CILANTRO

1/2 CUP        RED WINE VINEGAR 

​

1/2 CUP        EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL

​

1/3 CUP        FINELY CHOPPED RED ONION

​

3/4 TSP.        PINK HIMALAYAN SALT 

​

1/4 TSP.        FRESHLY GROUND BLACK PEPPER         

1. CUT AND PREPARE THE INGREDIENTS .

2. IN A BOWL , PLACE ALL THE INGREDIENTS TOGETHER AND MIX UNTIL COMBINED WITH A WHISK .

3. AN EVEN EASIER ALTERNATIVE IS TO PLACE ALL THE INGREDIENTS INSIDE A MASON JAR WITH A LID AND SHAKE UNTIL IT IS WELL COMBINED. IT IS FUNNER AND EASIER TO STORE IF YOURE NOT USING IT COMPLETLY :) .
