This is a very easy and quick lunch idea . It can be prepared in 10 minutes. You can omit or substitute ingredients you don't like or take out to make it even lower in carbs. I hope you can make this for loved ones and enjoy it ;) .

2 CUPS CUBED CHICKEN BREAST
1/3 CUP DICED RED ONION
1/3 CUP DICED MINI SWEET PEPPERS
1/3 CUP DICED TOMATO
1/4 TSP. PINK HIMALAYAN SALT
1 TSP. GARLIC POWDER
1 TSP. CHOPPED CILANTRO OR CULANTRO
1/8 TSP. FRESHLY GROUND BLACK PEPPER
1/4 TSP. DRIED DILL
2 TBLSP. MAYONAISSE
2 TBLSP. SOUR CREAM
1. CUT AND PREPARE THE INGREDIENTS
2. IN A BOWL COMBINE ALL THE INGREDIENTS . MIX UNTIL ALL IS WELL DISTRIBUTED.
3. SERVE IN LOW CARB PITA OR LETTUCE AND ENJOY ;)
